Review: I rented a vehicle from this company and they promised me that everything would work. This is an rv that I rented and the refrigerator is not working. My food spoiled. There were also issues with the vehicle operating properly. I contacted this company several times for a resolution. They refused to assist meDesired Settlement: I want my money back. They charged me for something that did not work. They falsely advertised their product.

Review: I rented a 25' rv from cruise america in bohemia. When I went to pick it up I asked about the deposite that I had to leave on my credit card.the guy at the counter made it a point to say that know body gets there full refund back. thought that was kind of weird.when I return the rv I filled it up to where the gas gauge was , just over 3/4 of a tank.I called the next day to see if everything was good.The guy told me that the gas was low and that I use the propane.Now the guys is insulting my intelligence . I have an rv trailer in PA and camped for years.I know if you do not turn the value on the propane tank [ you cant get propane ].I feel that they scamming everybody by telling them they used something when they dont. the guys told me thats why he is in business. I feel like I got scammed. He charging me $6.875 for 5.5 gallons came out to $37.81 and for the propane $ 35.00 I WAS ROBBED PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK WHAT THEY STOLE FROM ME.The RA# [redacted]The RES# [redacted] JUST TO SHOW YOU WHAT A SCAM THERE RUNNING I HAVE THE TICKET SHOWING THE REAL PRICE OF THE GAS IF I WENT OVER AND ITS NOT $ 6.875 , ITS ON THE RECEIPT FOR $5.95Desired Settlement: $72.81
