Review: The individual owners of Cruise Control Limousines refused to provide our complimentary honeymoon getaway car according to their contractual obligation - an approximate value of over $300 for a Lincoln Towncar from home to JFK Airport. They kept coming up with unwritten conditions, reasons and excuses to decline our reservation requests even though there were no conditions written on the contract. They became hostile when asked for monetary compensation for their breach of contract. Complimentary does not mean optional, it was part of the deal!Desired Settlement: Refund via postal money order for the value of this service in the amount of $302.07.

I'll retort line by line to the assertions of [redacted].

In fact we do offer a complimentary sedan ride with wedding bookings of two or more vehicles on our wedding contracts. It is to be used as a return from the reception that evening or we allow for an airport departure within a few days of the wedding" [redacted] declined the ride home that evening as they were staying at a hotel that provided transportation for them following their

reception. We awaited instructions for their airport departure that never materialized. August [redacted] 2012 we received a call from [redacted] requesting that we provide the service from NYC to JFK. We explained that the free service is for Long Island based departures and that we professionally informed him we could not provide for his request. He requested renumeration for the trip which where we simply informed him it was complimentary with no cash value attached to it. A month goes by when we receive the second call on 9/**/2012 asking for a pickup from an east end long island based caterer back to NYC. We indeed declined the request as it did not fit

the parameters which were previously explained.

Who approximated this value? Certainly not us as it's free of charge. Additionally , if we contracted that amount, it would have been indicated in writing as are each of the wedding vehicles. Again, it's a free service!

Yes we declined again. We do not have written policies regarding free service. It would be our contention based on the first two requests, that [redacted] would understand the parameters said service.

I [redacted], and not [redacted] absolutely became hostile with [redacted] at this point. The three denoted dates of request from [redacted] don't nearly

depict the harassing number of calls received by him. Time and time again at all hour s of the night and morning, this individual called with a nature of harassment believing he could change the terms of our free service to his favor.

I believe the contradiction most apparent. Is it again a $ 300 "approximate" value or is now in fact complimentary.

I feel that I have more than explained and shouldered the burden in proving [redacted]'s claim isn't quite how he presented it. Please feel free
