Mr [redacted] original quote consisted of tree pruning two separate Maple trees on the property, one of which required moving the tenant's camper to do some portion of the workWe scheduled the work on four (4) separate occasions on 8/3/16, 8/16/16, 8/22/and 8/31/16, calling the weekday prior & leaving a voicemail each time that work would be done the following weekday, weather permittingWe have discovered, however, that we had a different number on the worksheet from our account records for prior work on the property (since 2007) than the number handwritten on the contractAs this was the phone number we tried to use until the change was discovered, Mr [redacted] would not have received all of the messages we left while trying to arrange to have the camper movedWe do try to review all account records with our customers to make sure the contact information is current and accurate, and we do apologize that this mhas become a source of frustration as Mr [redacted] was not aware of all our attempts to arrange to complete the workOur Department Supervisor has arranged and completed the pruning requested

Ms.* did sign a contract on 11/18/15 to have tree & shrub trimming done on her property.  Our office left a VM on 01/11/16 that we were going to complete her work & she responded back to us not to do then. On 01/21/16 we again left a VM to schedule the work for the following day, but...

she called back and requested that we wait until Mid-March 2016 to complete her work. Ms. * spoke with Sharlene in our office, & Sharlene then put a note on the contract and in memo on her customer account to that effect. The office then called on 04/11/16 and a message was left that we were going to complete her work the next day, 04/12/16. She called very upset the day after the work was completed and spoke again with Sharlene, stating she did not have the funds available to pay for the completed work. Sharlene assured her that it was OK, and that we would work out a payment program for her that would work with her budget. She requested that Sharlene fax a letter to her stating that that we would work out a plan of payment and and that letter was faxed to her.  As time passed without a response, phone calls were made concerning her outstanding balance. Although we did have a duly signed contract for the work to be done, and we had made all efforts to comply with her requested timeframe, as well as efforts to arrange a suitable payment schedule to pay the bill, we posted a credit to her account as a gesture of goodwill and communicated that to her verbally prior to receipt of the complaint.

& leaving a voicemail each time that work would be done the following weekday, weather permitting. We have discovered, however, that we had a different number on the worksheet from our account records for prior work on the property (since 2007) than the number handwritten on the contract. As this was the phone number we tried to use until the change was discovered, Mr. [redacted] would not have received all of the messages we left while trying to arrange to have the camper moved. We do try to review all account records with our customers to make sure the contact information is current and accurate, and we do apologize that this mix-up has become a source of frustration as Mr. [redacted] was not aware of all our attempts to arrange to complete the work. Our Department Supervisor has arranged and completed the pruning requested.
