On Saturday 2/10/at 4:36pm you dropped off your coat at my businessAt the time, you asked the price to clean the coat and were told by my employee, **, that the cost would be $According to **, you were surprised but left the coat anyway, you also took my business card at that point A month later when you came to pick up the coat on Monday 3/12/at 6:43pm, you inspected the coat very carefully then gave [redacted] your credit cardYou then proceeded to inspect the coat again and then signed for the chargeFinally you inspected the coat A third time and then demanded a refund for the cleaning [redacted] has been in dry cleaning for over a decade, his assessment of your concerns, as being wear and tear was accurate When you called me on Wednesday 3/at 7:05am, you explained your concerns, I promised to call you back when I had a chance to inspect the coatI called back promptly after inspecting the coatYou stated your concerns as being that the entire coat was a different color blue, I asked do you mean like a navy blue and you responded that no, just a deeper blueYou also complained about color loss on the inside sleeve seams and a small hole on the inside sleeve seam My response was that in regard to the color change of the entire garment, you should call [redacted] ***, as the only way to change the color of the entire coat was if they mislabeled the coat and that it required washing as opposed to the instructions clearly stating “dry clean only”My response to your claim of damage was that in my professional opinion the areas of concern (inside sleeve seams, pocket edges and cuffs) were the result of wear and tearThe inside sleeve seams rub against the coat when you swing your arms during walkingThe outside sleeve seams are perfect as they don’t get that abrasion In your complaint to Revdex.com, at no point do you mention a loss of color on the entire garment (The only reason I brought up the possibility of calling [redacted] ***)Furthermore let be perfectly clearI operate a reputable and quality focused business I NEVER SAID NOR WOULD I EVER SAY CALL [redacted] MAYBE THEY’LL CAREThat is a complete and utter lie! It should be a criminal offense to use social media and or Revdex.com to lie about and try to damage a company’s reputation so that you can get free servicesYou should be ashamed of yourself

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/01/21) */ Upon opening this complaint letter, our customer was contacted and I have requested a deficiency list from him via email in order to have someone come back and address his concernsI have never actually received a call to the office or an email ever about this issue/complaintI understand he left some messages on the contractors cell phone over months in regards to thisThe contractor said he advised an employee to visit the unit and address concerns and thought they had been looked afterWe had several renovations on the go at the same time in this building and it must have been overlookedThis is an error in communication on our partWe were under the assumption that his needs were taken care of by an employee nearly a year agoI apologise to our customer and will have his concerns taken care of once I receive his list and ensure that this matter is dealt with in a timely mannerI'm confident that we can satisfy this customer and resolve his complaint
