Cruise Miles Reviews (7)

Cruise miles never honoured the sale of cruises using cruise miles and now appears to have gone out of business. After paying for cruisemiles once I was told there would be World Cruises listed, the company listed a world cruise with [redacted], then took it off without any notice or refund to my credit card.Desired SettlementI seek my full refund of $3,897.46

Purchased 2 lots of points to be redeemed for cruises, but the company does not offer them any more.Have paid $1550 using PayPal ,in 2012 for ¨never expiring¨ points, that according to their advertisements should have been worth at least 2 or 3 cruises, but in fact they are worthless, can not buy any cruises at all, they have just pocketed my /and seems like thousands of other unassuming people s/money.Desired SettlementJust would like to get my money back.

I have had my money tied up in this cruise for around 3 years and still have not gotten my trip, and no one in the company will help.I bought a cruise miles voucher nearly 3 years ago. I booked within a few months once I FINALLY found a cruise that would work. The cruise was not for another year and a half. So 2 years after I put all this money into this trip, we were finally about to be able to take it. Then at the last minute it was canceled for no reason and with no warning. Now it has been another year and in that time there have been no decent cruises offered, and the same type of cruise we were supposed to take now cost upwards of 5 times the amount of cruise miles. They won't give a refund for what I spent on the cruise miles, there is no number to call, and my many multiple emails are mostly ignored and, if answered, are not helpful at all and extremely rude. Desired SettlementI would love a refund since it's already been such a long, drawn-out ordeal and headache. But I would also be willing to simply be able to use my cruise miles for a decent trip comparable to what I originally had booked and not for the inflated costs.

I have been with this company for 5 years. They sold vouchers on [redacted] auction style for cruises. The types of cruises advertised were top of the line 2,200GBP value. I purchased tow of the vouchers. They then changed the company and decided to call it cruisemiles and changed the configuration so that the two vouchers I held were rendered virtually useless. I then managed to secure a cruise which was later canceled with no explanation. Again, I was able to secure a cruise on the auction site, and again, at the very last minute, this cruise was canceled. In total all 4 of my attempts at getting a cruise for my $660 were canceled and come to nothing. They have played all kinds of games to keep you on the hook with your money, but they never follow through. THIS IS A BIG SCAM AND THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK THEY JUST OFFER MORE USELESS CRUISEMILES - AND THE PRICING OF THE CRUISEMILES AUCTIONS IS RIDICULOUS HAVING GONE UP FROM APPROX. 30,000 CRUISEMILES TO NOW 30,000,000 - AND THERE IS NO PHONE, NO-ONE TO VENT TO.Product_Or_Service: Voucher for a top cruiseOrder_Number: 4 canceled booked anAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like my money back and to finally get a cruise!

I purchased "certificates" for cruises from Cruise Miles. These certificates were to be used for 1 outside cabin for 2 travelers on any number of available cruises; most 5-7 days in length. They then changed this voucher to Cruise Miles points that could be used in exchange for cruises of any length, cabin type as long as I had enough points. I purchased additional points at that time.Since my purchase in 2011, Cruise Miles has frequently increased the amount of points needed to book a cruise. What started as a voucher for an outside cabin for two for 7 days in the Caribbean is now worthless. I have 622,500 that will not even buy ANY cruise they offer. The only solution they have offered is for me to buy more. They now offer very view comparable cruises and they ones they do offer have been cancelled prior to sailing.Cruise Miles offers to sell your points at auction and take a portion of the proceeds. I have contacted them two times via their procedure, but they have not responded.Product_Or_Service: Voucher and Points for cruisesDesired SettlementI request a settlement in the amount of $1000 which covers the cost of the original voucher and additional points I have purchased.

I purchased 6,500,000 cruise mile credits costing me $4,163 from Cruise Miles LLC for the purpose of using the cruise mile credits to purchase cruises offered by Cruise Miles LLC on their website. I was able to exchange the cruise miles for 3 cruises which were confirmed by Cruise Miles LLC and subsequently cancelled by Cruise Miles LLC. They merely re-deposited the cruise miles back into my cruise miles account for purchase of future cruises but cruise offerings because scarce and all cruises that I was able to book have been cancelled. They never had a roll-call for the cruises I booked nor did they issue any tickets or send any further communications. Now Cruise Miles LLC has suspended all operations as of 7/30/14. I have received absolutely no cruises for my cruise miles and now my cruise mile credits are worthless and cannot be used with any other company to exchange for future cruises. This company is also called Cruise Reward Miles LTD in the [redacted]. I believe they have fraudulently taken money from the company to fund other businesses. I have since researched this on the Internet and they closed another business using cruise vouchers before they opened Cruise Miles LLC. They give the old customers a little credit with the new company but devalued their cruise mile credits by requiring more credits to earn a cruise. This amounts to a [redacted] scheme with cruise miles. They just keep doing this over and over bilking millions from unsuspecting customers.Product_Or_Service: CruisesDesired SettlementI would like a refund of the $4,163.00 I spent for the worthless cruise miles for non-delivery of cruises.I have confirmation emails for all cruise miles purchased and 3 cruises booked.

Here is last email I sent to Cruisemiles on 10/1/13, with no response: "I have sent 3 emails to [redacted] on 7/28, 8/2, and 8/17 with no response. So I again submit my fourth email. I will be contacting the appropriate business bureau shortly if I receive no assistance. I know when we won this auction, you said that we could give these tickets to anyone we wanted. Since my wife and I are now divorced, Please amend my reservation for this January 12, 2014 cruise. The following couple would like to use this cruise:[redacted] and my son [redacted] They are married, so they are eligible for this cruise. If this is a problem please let me know what my options are soon. Thankyou.Thankyou, [redacted]Order_Number: Cruise Auction BookiDesired SettlementMake arrangements to amend who uses this cruise for two.
