We are still in connected roomsBy connected I mean side by sidesame cabin type on same floor....cruises.com is a Scam

My family booked 5 cabins on the Allure of the Seas through Cruise.com and we spent close to $20k total on the trip. From the start of booking our cruise our experience with cruise.com was very negative and I would not recommend them. We were supposed to get hotel rooms included with our rate but we had to fight to receive a confirmation. Once we arrived at the hotel, they did not have my cousins in the system. Our on-board credit was incorrect and after MANY calls - even while the ship was leaving port - we simply gave up on ever getting the correct amounts. Every time we called we had to wait forever to get a live person only to get the run-around. All in all we will not be using them again - it is better to go straight through the cruise line.

We purchased a cruise in good faith from Cruise.Com based on the information provided. When we received our confirmation we found it curious that there was no mention of the "Bonus Offers". We contacted Cruise.Com by telephone and we were told that the booking did not include any of the "Bonus Offers" but that the Holland America promotion package, Explore4, could be purchased separately for an additional $500.00 per person. It just seemed like false advertising to us. They did refund our money in a timely manner, but they were never able to explain why they could not fulfill the advertisement except to say there was some issue about a group rate that they had negotiated. .
