My family booked cabins on the Allure of the Seas through Cruise.com and we spent close to $20k total on the tripFrom the start of booking our cruise our experience with cruise.com was very negative and I would not recommend themWe were supposed to get hotel rooms included with our rate but we had to fight to receive a confirmationOnce we arrived at the hotel, they did not have my cousins in the systemOur on-board credit was incorrect and after MANY calls - even while the ship was leaving port - we simply gave up on ever getting the correct amountsEvery time we called we had to wait forever to get a live person only to get the run-aroundAll in all we will not be using them again - it is better to go straight through the cruise line
