have always been very satisfied with cruise onehave only used them for booking our cruisesalways got our moneys worth*** and *** butz are very accommodatingwill stay with cruise one in the future

1 This was going to be our second dream cruise, with my girlfriend, who I planned on asking to marry me on this trip. The first cruise I ever experienced was aboard The Carnival Cruise ship The Miracle. It was a dream come true. The layout of the ship was great, the bar was attached to the casino, the clubs and bands played current up to date music, the food was spicy, hot and flavorful, there were delicious brunches, and the room service menu was vast and good. The staff on the Miracle from the captain, to the staff were all cheerful and full of energy. Uri and Rocc, two of the bartenders on the Miracle were so good they brought groups of people together who probably would never talk on 'dry land' and we all still communicate. We planned this second cruise because of there energy and also told numerous co-workers, "go on a cruise with your significant other, it's a bonding experience that will make your relationship grow".
Picture, this now, in my opinion any company selling your brand name CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES, should know your company and what each cruise and cruise ship has from food, to music, to type of people; meaning old, young, family oriented, etc. Sushi was the real only request because your site said this ship had all you can eat sushi. I was supposed to be VIP and looking at the Carnival web site I received none of the add on's, so what's VIP for. There was $20 odd dollars on my card but, your website says different I should have booked the cruise myself, but in the end Carnival is responsible for the worst experience of my whole life. This company CRUISE ONE @ (XXX)XXX-XXXX XXXX [redacted] XXXXX Narmin Kermally knows nothing at all about your company, she booked me the worst trip of my life and along with bad food, worse staff, and no type of real security being followed on your ships, you might as well be on a raft, because that's how our trip was, like two rats on a floating piece of drift wood; I am so disappointed because this whole experience almost cost me my future wife, lost wages and a week of my life that I will never get back and actually I feel like I lost a year of my life' help me get it back!!!
This is where the worse gets worse. 1st day was my girlfriends birthday and we were excited, until the safety briefing, take in mind it is mandatory and since I Paid good money for the worst experience of my life, staff at least talk to your customers who are on vacation like they pay your salary and mean something to you, if you don't like your job don't show the guests that you hate them as much as you hate your job. All the staff was rude, they talked to the guests like they were kids, with no type of respect for the fact, "I SPENT GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE WORST CRUISE I'VE EXPERIENCED AND ALMOST LOST THE LOVE OF MY LIFE DUE TO THE RUDE STAFF, LACK OF SECURITY, AND PEOPLE SELLING YOUR BRAND WHO HAVE NO CLUE ON WHAT A REAL CARNIVAL CRUISE EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE". I am just being honest so in my honesty, the dining room staff, they were all great and I loved that part, our servers were great, and we went to our 8;15 dinner every night just to feel like we meant something. The cruise director and her blonde assistant who told the story about her 1st day on the job with Carnival were great too, you should put them on a real boat where there enthusiasm and energy would be greatly appreciated. So at this point we try to make the most of this Titanic mess of a vacation.
So on the ship you guys had some funny comedians right, until they started pointing out all the obvious, the comedian went on to talk about how The Inspiration was the worst, cheapest of the cheap Ships of all the Carnival Cruise line fleet, which was obvious, but with the comedian making jokes about this bad trip, it made it worse. He was funny and they say the truth hurts; and it REALLY hurts a lot. Then you ask how could it get even worse; I'll tell you.
If this vacation had a title Carnival would be perfect because it was a joke, I just wish I was in on it. Our Day at Sea, for this part I need you to track Noud Asabas card and purchase history. Side note, why do you guys take our pictures when we get our cards? Just a question. Okay, day at sea my almost no more girlfriend because of you guys, pays to get her hair done in your salon, then she goes to the coffee shop on the 9th floor and gets a Neapolitan frap and a vodka coffee, she was told she had a balance and she took care of that, after her purchase she asked the black guy working there could he add $50 onto her card he said yes, she then comes back to the room so we can go to our 8:15 dinner; not knowing he didn't give her the card back. Once she realized she did not have her card we went to guest services to get a replacement and to take care of any monies we owed you then we proceeded to dinner in the hopes the rest of the trip would at least end with a smile and a laugh or two; too much to ask for on

We were very pleased with the agency. They provided 3 resorts (based on our budget) to pick from, the agent arranged our trip, provided a package with all the information for the trip. Also included in our package was a packing list, information for phone service, and detailed information about the resort we chose. We will recommend Barefoot Travel and will use them on our next trips. Excellent service!
