I had a bad experience with Cruises IncOne of their travel Agents Reggiie Sbooked me on a Cruise with Royal Caribean from Chile to Brazi from March but he failed to advised me I needed a Visa for Brazil, so when I flew from NY to Chile and got to the pier 2:0-hrs away from the Airport They did not allow me to Board the vessel, and that's when my Ordeal started it took me hrs to get the luggage beck and then I could; not find a taxi to bring me back to the airport because the boat was ready to leave so there were no more taxis coming to the pier, so I was stranded in a foreign country with no way to get back, so when I got someone to take us to the Airport he charge $and when we got to the airport I had to spend another $4, for the airfare back to NY, when I got to
N, YI call MrS., he said he was going to refund me some money but I never heard back from him and Royal Caribean will not speak to me, because I have made my reservations with Cruises IncI then call Cruises iIncand they will not speak to me neither because the Agent is a Independent Contractor so now I don't know where to go, Royal Caribean refunded $2,back to MrS Credit Card and he kept that too, Now I'm ouf of $12,and NO VacationBe CAREFULL who you trust for your Travel Arrangements DO NOT USE CRUISES INC I think they are part responsible for my lostBecause they shouldn't hire dishonest people to work for them
