Cruisin' Gold

Crazy thing right, you would think that for a business that does 90% of its work around rims (installations mounting balancing etc.) that they would be so flawless at their job. Well here I am at Crusin Gold after an hour and a half of waiting and that only did I get overcharged they also scuffed up and indented one of my rims in two different spots.
Obviously I'm not the happiest about it being that I paid for them brand-new, never even opened the box. So I ask the guy what are they going to do about it and he tells me nothing because supposedly he already discounted the price for me which is complete bull because I paid $15 less the last time I did it only two months ago. As if he is doing me a favor he tells me I should get in contact with the seller of the rims and see if they would compensate me some money back and pretend it was their fault. Wow! Unbelievable!
Don't get me wrong I know mistakes happen but I feel they could have went the extra mile to correct their mistake. Even if it meant reducing the price w little..
I guess they don't care about my hard hard-earned money..
