If there's one thing I dislike more than anything is dishonestyEspecially from a businessIt is completely unprofessional to make up a lie and try to cover your tracksCruising Gold is now stating that they told me before handWhich is completely a lie and cant be proven because I was not present in the time that they had the rims installedNever once was told, never was shown before hand, never was called, NOTHING!
The scratch & dent was Not brought to "my attention" until after the rims were placed on the vehicle! Not At all!And the Exact words of the associate that helped me: "The technician made two small blemishes while installing the tires and he wanted me to make you aware" And when I asked what he was going to do about itHis response was: "We have already discounted your price enough so we will not be doing anything moreBut you can try to reach out to the seller and see if they will compensate you"
If that is hard to believe I'm sure they can review your cameras to see that the associate had to walk me outside to make me aware AFTER the fact that they were installed
I was not made aware till After the installationAll four rims were brand-new and had no blemishes, no marks, and no dentsIf that were supposedly the case they should have made me aware before installing the tires and had me sign some form of affidavit stating I was aware but they didnt because they did not make me aware
I don't need an apology from this business and a promise of "making sure this doesn't happen again" Because from what Ive heard after I voiced my opinion is that this is a reoccurring problem that has not ever been resolved
Crazy thing right, you would think that for a business that does 90% of its work around rims (installations mounting balancing etc.) that they would be so flawless at their jobWell here I am at Crusin Gold after an hour and a half of waiting and that only did I get overcharged they also scuffed up and indented one of my rims in two different spots
Obviously I'm not the happiest about it being that I paid for them brand-new, never even opened the boxSo I ask the guy what are they going to do about it and he tells me nothing because supposedly he already discounted the price for me which is complete bull because I paid $less the last time I did it only two months agoAs if he is doing me a favor he tells me I should get in contact with the seller of the rims and see if they would compensate me some money back and pretend it was their faultWow! Unbelievable!
Don't get me wrong I know mistakes happen but I feel they could have went the extra mile to correct their mistakeEven if it meant reducing the price w little
I guess they don't care about my hard hard-earned money
