Crumbl Cookie

I received a gift card in my e mail from a friend as a gift . When I into the store to place my order . The cashier said I would have place my order online to redeem my gift . This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. This does not seem right to me. I just walked out of the store shaking my head and laughing. Once I redeem my gift card , I will not be returning to the store .

I ordered 6 cookies for my birthday, called Crumbl to confirm order, and was told over the phone they would be ready at 2:30.
My husband was totally ignored when he went into.store and did not receive cookies until after 3:30. Why was he shown such disrespect?

April 11th I placed an online order and paid by debit card. my receipt # ***
The amount was $13.89 for four cookies. I chose an curbside pickup time. I parked near the store and sat for 10 minutes. I called the store and informed them I was waiting. I was informed they had no order for me. I supplied the receipt number and was told it would be right out. 20 min later I was still waiting. I called back and received an apology and ask to repeat the order again. After another 10 minutes waiting I left and call back. I asked to a refund to my card. The store lead I talked to said she and asked what she could do to make it better. I stated deliver to my house. She said okay. Never happened. I emailed a customer service site the following week was promised they would look into it. I am still waiting. It is not a lot of money but it is the principle.
