I retained crumley roberts to help me with a car crash that happened in late march.the other driver quickly admitted to me,the police and his insurance company that he never saw my car and turned in front of me.I was assigned to a lawyer in hickory,nc though I live in charlotte.when I went to sign the retainer agreemeny,I spoke to a case manager.a few days later ,she called to advise we would have a teleconference call at 10:30am on friday.when he had not called by 11:00am I called her.the attorney,r.jimmy b*** called at 11:15.no big deal except that on weekdays,I go over to my brother in laws.he is a disabled vietnam vet with a traumatic brain injury and a diabetic.I had made this clear to my case manager at our meeting.I never met this attorney.I never spoke to him about the crash,my injuries or my rights under nc law.when the offer to settle came in,it was low,very low.when I complained to his superior,I asked that a counteroffer be made and was advised that it doesnt work that way!i wrote chris r*** ceo of the law firm in november,2015,december 2015,in january,and in febuary,2016.he never responed to my letters.this outfit is apathetic,arrogant for no reason and was a nightmare to do business with in a matter that was cut and dry.I have never encountered such a group so uncaring.when questioned,their defense is to speak in a tone that conveys their annoyance and anger.also,it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer their phone,just to put a little icing on the cake.this was one of the worst transactions I have ever had with any business

This firm is crap! I was in a car accident Dec as of today 8-8-I still have not recieved my settlementThey let the insurance company drag this out for so longThe continue to drop the ball and if you want an update you have to contact them they never reach out to youI was told I only had to pay a % of my medical bills that turned out to be a lieThey settle my case for $onlyrics for me to receive $I could have settle with the insurance company myself for moreNEVER USE THESE SCAM ARTIST

I absolutely LOVE my team!!! They keep me in the loop with everything that's going on. Kristen has been there to answer all my questions and was very concerned about the case and the care that I received and always makes sure that I am ok!!! I will recommend them to all my friends and use them again if I needed to.
