Although I emphatically disagree with his assessment of the situation and his accusations, he and I have come to a settlement and he has agreed to release the company and myself from those claims and accusations
There was no way to respond to your request within days
The letter you sent was postmarked on the 16th and I did not get it till well after that He and I had already come to a resolution before I received the complaint
You can confirm with him that the funds we agreed to were sent If that is not sufficient, we can get something from the bank proving it
