During enrollment to join Gym, manager offered me personal training sessions, I agreed to months initially and provided him with my Credit card info, he informed me that an amount of $will be deducted every months for months starting October
I completed my training sessions during the monthsI even asked front office on last session about the auto withdrawal from my credit card and she informed me that it will stop and I will not be charged any further
Few days ago while checking my credit card statements, I found out that Crunch fitness center charged my CC $times from Aug-Dec
I attempted to call the fitness Center, No answer
I joined the gym, but then changed my mind within a couple of days of joiningUnder the terms of the contract, if I cancelled within days, I was supposed to get a full refund of the money I paid ($- a $enrollment fee and $first months dues) I have never been refunded the moneyI've called several times, been assured that the refund would be coming but no refund ever appears on my credit cardI have left messages for the manager (who is never in it seems) to call me back, but I never get a call back
Warning: About months ago I attempted to shut down my crunch Carmel Valley membership due to their high pricesTheir employees offered me a different price so that I would stayFive months go by and I realize I have been paying the same priceI brought this up with the GM and he told me that they don't offer that price and was unwilling to help the situationI then attempted to close my account that nightToday I was charged again for a new monthI have been calling crunch all day today (Friday 15th) trying to resolve this but apparently only the manager can remedy the situation and he isn't thereI can't call anyone else to help me because this is a franchise and I guess the only person that can help me is the GM who is NEVER availableDo not get a membership hereThis place is very unorganized, the equipment are sub par and the gym is expensive for no reasonYou are better off going elsewhere
