I paid for son and daughter annual gym fee, and after one week - the Gym close without any communication and explanation given to us.
We want a full refund of the annual fee we paid but to no avail - they are still buying time. It is more than one month since the Gym close.

Our landlord closed our Westmount facility on August 15th. During the closure all of our members were offered the services of either of our other clubs in the city. In the following weeks we attempted to resolve the situation but unfortunately were unable to. We determined that the club would be permanently closed on September 9th. We announced to our members with Paid in Full agreements with us that they could either be upgraded to our highest tier membership at one of our other clubs or request a prorated refund as per the terms of their agreement. Both of the members in question have since cancelled their agreements and requested refunds. We are compiling a list of all of the members that would like refunds and will be issuing cheques. Each of these members will be entitled to a refund of $149.14 to compensate them for the time remaining on their agreements at the initial closure date of August 15 for a total refund to the member's family of $298.28. We sincerely apologize for all of the events that have taken place and would like to thank them for being members of our club.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
But to when they will issue the check to us is not clear. Do we need to go to their other facility to get the check or they will mail the check to the address we provided to them during enrollment?
