In regards to my complaint, I haven't seen this kind of billing discrepancy anywhere elseOn top it, I read this office review online, there are some other who had similar billing issue like over charging the customer than the asking price.By signing initial price quote agreement, they can't charge whatever they want, specially when someone has insurance otherwise what is the point of having insurance.Staff at office was threatening to pay amount right away or else they will inform collecting agencyThis is something you are unlawfully forcing me to pay unnecessary changesNot only that, at my last visit they also took some X-ray for all teeth which was irrelevant to the tooth being operated, that just too bill my insuranceNow what was that? I didn't ask for that service. something need to be done to stop this kind of practice

advise that the issue has been satisfactorily resolved.  I tried several times to contact someone with no replies until I was able to get in contact with the district manager.  He returned my phone call after a couple of days and was able to cancel my contract and return the prora[redacted] portion of my prepaid dues.  The issue was resolved on August 16, 2017, when the charge was reversed on my cc.[redacted]@msn.com[redacted]

We apologize that the customer is under the impression that we knowingly knew the club was closing.The club official close date was June 15, over four months after the member joined. negotitations were still in progress as of June 2); however we were unable to come to agreement with different vendors. As a convenience to affected members we upgraded all members paying $9.99 to multi club access at no cost. We did this so we could continue to service the existing members at our next closest club (just 3 miles away).
