As you can see with the attached copy of her contract, the terms are clearly outlined as well as the cancellation policiesEach member that signs up for Personal Training receives a copy of their contract via emailTerms are also verbally communicated when the client is signing upWe only offer and month contracts and that is clearly presented to the client at their kickoff as well.Thank you!

Once a client completes their initial term they can continue training for as long as they wish on a month to month basis and this happens all the timeWe have clients who were initially month contracts and have continued far beyond that termThe letter stated that she wanted to discontinue
training after her last session bill date, which she stated to be on April 26thWe cancelled as she requested on the date she requested

I do not know how I can dumb this down any further than I already haveCrunch has proven to be really incompetentAs I said before the initial period is not outlined in the contract The response also said that the terms are verbally communicated at the time of signing upYes, they were verbally communicated to me but I was lied to about the cancellation policy I do not care if they want to claim that it is a he said she said issue I was lied to by Ryan M*** and if crunch would honor that and listen to their customer then they would not be losing one

Revdex.com spoke with the general manager who stated the customer was previously refunded for the charges that were charged in errorShe also stated that there was an issue with their billing company, and that it has been resolved, and as of today she did check with the company and confirmed there is a $
balance on the customer's account

Mr*** signed both a hard copy as well as a digital copy of his contract, which has all of the contract policies listed as well as cancellation policies for personal trainingWe have scanned copies of both agreements that he signed and we provided those to him as wellIt clearly states
that the contract is a month contract on both agreements that Mr*** signedWe compared signatures to all documents we have on file, including his membership and they are all accurateWe do not discuss employee information with any member by law and the information Mr*** has stated in his complaint is in regards to MrM***A buy out option is presented to any member that comes forward requesting a cancellation when they are still in termI have attached all proof of documentation for Mr*** as well

My letter stated I didn't want to continue after my initial term with the date that my term ended.  The letter was dated 6 weeks prior to the term ending which meets the 30 day cancellation notice.  I request a full refund as required.

This member was never told that what she was signing was for her membership. Our Personal Training department and Membership Department are two separate appointments and two separate sign up processes for each. When I spoke to this member, she confirmed that she had come in and sat down...

with [redacted] for a kickoff and he did in fact go over all of our plans with her for personal training and that he also wrote down all of the payment options as well and told her which would work best. She also agreed with and confirmed with me that was her signature on that contract agreeing to the term. I have attached a copy of her contract for reference. Thank you,

You can clearly see the signatures are the same on both sections of the contract. In addition to receiving a hard copy of her contract, she was...

also emailed a copy of her contract as well. In our contract policies it states that in order to place an account on freeze, you must have a doctors note stating the time frame in which you will be absent in order for it to extend past our 60 day freeze. This was not provided to us. After that, Ms. H[redacted] proceeded to say she wanted to cancel and disputed her signature. Once again, you can see the signatures are the same on all documentation. Thank you.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Business respond was partial truth. Again I never stayed that I didn't not know about the purchase of training sessions. I was informed that I could cancel at anytime because that was the very question I asked. And as I see now on the contract I received on [redacted] there is a [redacted] day window for cancellation. I was never provided a written contract because I again did not know that I was signing a year long contract. I didn't know I was signing a contract period. And as I have confirmed multiple times, the email address you have on file is correct. but strangely enough, not the email address on the contract which I did not recieve as a printout on the 5th. My D.O.B is incorrect as well.
