Dear Revdex.com, The client *** *** was fully aware of her purchase , signed documentation and pre-qualification information regarding her hair piece purchase We have tried resolving her concerns of the wig not looking natural on several occasions but the client
refused to be serviced and walked out of our place of business on three occasions The dates of service were 12/22/2015, 1/30/and 2/6/ We have attached all supporting documentation to this email for your review. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
This business has never been concerned with my satisfaction concerning this wig. As for the alleged solutions you offered, well "making a hairline, combing it over the face, or wearing a scarf" are unacceptable and impossible solutions to a poorly made product. The wig is simply not as I had requested in my initial consultation. An honest business would be truly concerned about the satisfaction of their customers especially after the customer trusted that business enough to invest their hard earned money. The wig looks bad and you know it. I see now that you are only in it for the money and the hell with customer satisfaction. I have lost my hair, my self-esteem and my money. Shame on you!
