I am shipping this order out tomorrowYou will receive the empty palette separately from [redacted] ***s and there should be a confirmation email from them nowI am attaching a screenshot of the tracking number for your order as wellI will be including a couple of extra products for the long wait time

This product was sent outI have told her this many timesWhen she placed her order, the procsssing time was 4-weeks plus weeks if the item was a pre-order, which it wasThis information is in each listing before it is added to a customers cartThere was a delay due to another company claiming we were copyright infringing on their trademark by having the words "Diamonds" and "Cosmetics" in our name and they had our whole store and Facebook page terminated causing us to lose all information on every order that hadn't been shipped yetWe have been trying very hard to locate and ship out all lost ordersThis order also happens to be an international one which takes longer than usual as it is, but customs can hold a package for as long as they want toI asked for a tracking number at the USPS office and they told me that international first class packages do not get tracking and that if I wanted it, it would be an extra $We have a no refund policy for items that have been shipped out and hers is on her way to her

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I itdered a pallete of eyeshadows in november and after complaining previously I finally recieved items but there is missingIve emailed the company times and no one is replying the xompany has deleted and blocked me on twitter and facebook and is not replying to instagramHow am insupposed to get in touch with this person when she wont replyShe did comment back on facebook before deleting my comment saying "i will send them!!!" But that was itI feel as a customer I am being ignored by this company for purely asking where my order isThis is against the law!TranslateId like a replacement of the missing shadowsThis has been going on and a half months now Sincerely, [redacted]

I ordered on the 22nd November I was asked to email stating "If you are receiving this email, your order was either lost or just has not been updated with a tracking number" and to send them my details AGAIN I did this on the 3rd Jan immediately and never got a rep-ly I emailed again on the 5th Jan No reply I private messaged the company on twitter times and still did not get a response I also private messaged the "customer service" people they said would get back to me but got no response I then got a email on the 13th dec asking what colours I wanted in the palette ??? I replied immediately I was then worried I wold not receive item for my daughter for Christmas I asked if the company wod confirm the item has been dispatchedno reply I then contacted them on the 20th Jan via their "contact form" on their website I got a replythe same reply I had got on the 3rd Jan ??? they kept asking for my details again and again They then tweeted me saying the item was sent out No proof of postage was used on the 20th JanBut the email on the 22nd Jan is saying saying they will gladly look up my details to send out my item?? Also there is nothing on their website which states a "no refund" policy I have screenshots of all emails tweets and a full shot of the website and there is nothing to state this this company have now blocked me off their twitter so I can not evan message them! ive been told im harassing her by just asking where is my order Sincerely, [redacted]

I have resent this package now for the second time just to prove that I am not scamming anyone and just want you to receive your orderI am attaching photos of evidence proving that I shipped againYou may receive two packages now at which point you can keep bothThis tracking number may not update past customs receiving it because that is what I was told by USPS

I private messaged the company on twitter 9 times and still did not get a response.
