This company has sprayed/treated my apt since my move in date of December 2014...it is now July 2015. We have recently had bugs/cockroaches again, after being bombed & sprayed within 2 weeks. The day after bombing & spraying, cockroaches appear. Since we moved in, we've continually seen pests, mostly in the kitchen. We also had bed bugs and the pest control employee refused to treat our apt a couple of times due to the fact that they didn't think we were ready, when in fact, we were and were given the rules to get ready for the spraying/treatment...it seems like they don't like to get the job done & are always finding excuses to put the job off to another day. Also, each time our apt was treated we saw a new person, who gave us different advice each time (about what is allowed to stay out & what isn't). 4 out of 5 of the employees that showed up, were very young, and didn't seem very thorough. I am probably going to pay a different company to come in, to take care of the problem that this company can't seem to handle.
