initially applied for vehicle financing through our organization. Unfortunately, we were not able to find the finalize the transaction that day. A couple (or few) weeks later our representative saw Ms. D[redacted]' daughter at a store where the two renewed the vehicle financing conversation. Our representative said she'd go back to look at the initial documents to see if anything additional would be required. Unfortunately, when our representative re-opened the electronic file, we inadvertently re-ran Ms. D[redacted]' credit history.We investigated the matter and want to ensure Ms. D[redacted] that there will be no further credit inquiries.

Review: purchased car on 7/11/2013 we still have not received title or registration. When we went to the dealership to ask where the title and registration was they told us the business no longer existed. the person that told us that was the same guy who was there when we signed orginal contract, at that time he stated he was the owners brother.He sent us away. we went to DMV and they had us send a letter to Cruz Auto and said when the letter was returned to sender bring it unopened back to DMV. we sent the letter to Cruz auto 3 weeks ago and it has not been sent back to us. We went back down to cruz auto last week and they said that all mail for cruz auto is put in an envolpe and they pick it up. we are stuck and need registration . We have been pulled over twice and have 2 fix it tickets that we need to get fixedDesired Settlement: we need to get our registration and title which we have a signed contract for
