I am sorry [redacted] had this occur to him at our office. The employee I am told he asked the refund from is not available at this time and I lack details as to his request for refund. The insurance was not billed; so, there is nothing to refund to the insurance. I see he submitted the complaint...

the same afternoon he came to the office, without any other attempt to resolve his concern. Anyhow, had he done nothing else, he would have had a credit on his account, a credit that he could have redeemed subsequently, any way he pleased. I will have the office contact the card company to make sure the charge to his credit card has been annulled or reversed.
