Cruz Resuelve

I purchase a refrigerator from Mr. Cruz. The refrigerator worked fine for a couple of weeks. Than we noticed the ice cream was melting all the time. We try contacting Mr. Cruz many times and there was no answer. I had to go over to his place a couple of times to try and get him there in person. Due to COVID19 I understand it was closed for a while. We finally were able to speak with him and he wanted to send a technician to check the fridge. The technician went and supposedly a part was not working correctly. He came back and fixed that part. We waited for about 8 hours to see if the fridge was going to start working again. Unfortunately, it did not. We try contacting him again. No response from Mr. Cruz. We contacted the technician and he came again. He stated the motor was not working. He changed that too and the fridge was still not working. I spoke to Mr. Cruz I told him to replace the fridge, her said no he will send the technician again a third time. I told him I did not want another technician to be send that I was willing to pay the difference to get another fridge but this time a new one not a use one he stated "you will lose 350 dollars of the 650 you paid for the other one". To me that is stealing. We had to go purchase another fridge because he refused to replace the fridge. He was literally building a new fridge in my house by sending the technician over and over again to replace broken parts. I have a 4 year old child asking me for milk, his puddings, his juices. How do you explain to a child that we can't buy those things for now because we have no refrigerator. It is extremely unfair that you have a store full of refrigerators and you can't exchange a fridge that he knows for a fact he sold broken. How can a person wait days or weeks for a refrigerator to be fixed during the summer time. All of our food went bad. Almost 400 dollars worth of food in the garbage. Poor customer service and product quality from his business.
