There are multiple issues with Mr*** response with which I disagree The contract was mutually terminated on June 19, After $14,in payments, I shouldn't have to order new materials and make repairs myself I ask nothing of *** Roofing Solutions except "don't touch my house" If completion expenses exceed hold-back, we may need to pursue a legal solution

I am *** *** ***, Casa Hispana IncI left you a message yesterday regarding our total frustration with Mr*** in trying to mediate this disagreement to a mutually acceptable endMr*** hung up on me and now he refuses to accept certified mail from Mr***He refuses to even begin a discussion to remedy the situation yet he continues to use your process to bash, harass and now defame Mr*** by accusing him of fraudWe offer a free bilingual service and Mr*** does need help with EnglishFor this reason, Mr*** is hesitant to continue responding, until he knows exactly what Mr***' motive is for the attacks and most importantly he deserves to know exactly what Mr*** wants.
As you have far more experience than I with these matters, I am asking you for your helpWe simply don't know what more we can do with such a rude and recalcitrant individualThese unwarranted attacks must stop and Mr*** needs to know just what Mr*** wantsMr*** tells me that Mr*** would come outside and watch the work daily always with a smile and was kind to Mrs*** when she would bring food to the crewThe neighbors were very complimentary about the quality of work and Mr*** has never received a complaint from Mr***' relatives. From his response below and given his refusal to communicate with Mr*** and Casa Hispana, it appears he is preparing for courtIf that is the case, and in fairness to Mr***, this Revdex.com process should probably end.

Casa Hispana is a Hispanic advocacy group located in Goodwill headquarters in Menasha, WIMrHeron *** has asked for our assistance with this response
• *** Roofing began this project in January and the winter weather is what made this project last
weeks
• The gutters were heaping with ice and we told Mr*** that to remove they would cause damageHe insisted that we continueAt the end of the jobwe offered to replace
them with new gutters at no extra cost and he refused
• Two weeks prior to completion, we told him that his flat garage roof was leaking and that we would do that for an additional $1,Mr*** told us that he had to pay his
property taxes and that he did not have the money to fix the garageA few days later he changed his mind and told us to do it and he paid us $for the rubber roof materials
• During this jobwe received many compliments from the neighbors and Mr*** never ccmplainedThe complaints only started at the end of the job when we were putting on
the finishing touches and the job was 96% complete
• We believe that Mr*** was well satisfied with our work as demonstrated by no complaints and his desire that we add the garage to the projectAlso, during the project there were
numerous extra Costs of $for labor and materials to repair rotted wood which was not visible during the estimate and which Mr*** approvedWe believe that his economic problems
are motivating this complaint in an effort to achieve a $10,discount in the final hour
• It needs to be stated that Mr***' house is a very old house whose exterior had not been maintained (despite his being a contractor for years) and it was in very poor condition.
We took before and after photos to demonstrate the transformation, which you are welcome to see themIn regards to the comments concerning thin metal material*** Roofing Utilizes standard
material sold at any home improvement store recommended for this purpose
• We are an experienced and honest contractorWe have absolutely nothing to hideWe make the following offerIf Mr*** pays the $10,he owes us, he may have the work inspected by another
qualified contractor, and we will make whatever changes are deemed to be necessary to remove any deficiencies that the contractor finds and at no extra cost and then to have those deficiencies re-inspected
until they are satisfied We believe this offer is more than fair

One would think that Mr. [redacted] would want to address the issues i.e. the poor quality workmanship. Instead you make personal attacks on my character. Very sad indeed.
No offer was made to bring in another contractor.
Mr. [redacted] workers cut the nailing strip off of two courses of siding in order to match up with the elevation of siding brought over from the other side of a porch roof. Damaging the siding in this manner not only voids the manufacturers warranty, but leaves the siding open to the weather. It's a no brainer that a fraud was being perpetrated by Mr. [redacted]. Why would I have him back?
The relatives who recommended Mr. [redacted] is also having problems and would be willing to testify as to his problems.
D.S. I apologize for the 'hang up', but I had declined your offer multiple times and you were becoming repetitious.
