We apologize to Mr*** *** for any misunderstandings we are willing to work with *** and move forward from this misunderstanding if *** would like to except we would like to return to his home repair as much of the necessary work as possible something that we both feel would be fair for both sidesWe care about our customers and we are disappointed Mr*** is unsatisfied with our work we have been in business for many years and have done many many homes and we would like to think if not all of our customers a good portion of our customers are very satisfied with our work We would like to start his repair work as soon as possible though the weather is not cooperating at this moment for the best results we would need the weather to stay warm and no rain nor snow We give Mr*** *** our word we will return as soon as it is possible to us and repair all the areas we possibly can once again as much as we could and both agree on to make it fair for both sides
We did reply on the date of notice from the Revdex.com which was we agreed for them to fix the problem when weather permitted without charging me again being that there is a year warranty on the work
These are cracks they supposedly used a mesh and some have rust around them ,which shows they've been there a while So if they fixed the parapits like they said, there shouldn't be any cracks at all Right ? They want a fee ? What happened to the year warranty? As for the paint washing off , it did ! The cracks on the side walls are the same they claimed they fixed They didn't even have the decency to call me or to come to the house let me know if at all what they could do for me to take care of the problem That is not good business They are not a star business They don't even rate a starAt this rate they won't be in business for long , it will catch up to them eventually And I would dare to say I'am not the only one that they have done this to

inspect on all of our repairsAll of the work we provided for Mr*** was in great conditionWhen we repaired Mr***’s home we use Crack Master Mesh Embedded and the repairs are holding up just fineSergio notice there were new cracks on his home ( not where we had done any repairs)As for the color washing off that would not be possible due to the material we use which is Acrylic ProductThis type of product does not wash off nor fade with timeWe would be more than happy to fix the new cracks for Mr*** for a feeWe wish him the best of luck and thank him for his business Cruz D***
