This renter did rent a moped from us and experienced an unforeseen mechanical issue. We do offer free roadside assistance/vehicle replacement which is subject to availability. We explained to the renter that due to the extremely high volume of business that we would be unable to come help them until...

later in the day. We apologized for the inconvenience and offered to extend their rental period an extra day at no charge. We have a No Refund policy that is posted in our store and also in the contract the renter signed. We do our very best to maintain customer satisfaction and regret that we were unable to make this person's experience a pleasurable one.

After reviewing the file, it seems that the refund did not go through. I made the adjustment today. I should be available within 4 business days. I apologize for any inconvenience.
