We regret this terrible inconvienience, as a valued customer we explained that our warranty was repair only and that we were a little busy, but we would go out to fix said appliance. Customer agreed, then another person calls us demanding her...

money back, insulting and telling us she has paíd for fridge and not the man on the receipt. After severa attempts to convince woman that we Would go out to fix refrigerator, we finally go out to their home and find they al ready had another refrigerator he proceeded to Check and fix refrigerator with the exception of one part that he Would go find. This woman calls us yelling when are we going to fix fridge and we said we Would go and insults our technician. We are more than happy to repair refrigerator and regret not being able to return money, as our warranty (signed by customer on receipt) states no money back. We we understand customer is upset but insulting and offending will not resolve anything.

When the Tech arrived to repair the Refrigerator which landed on a Saturday he said he needs to get the part and he'll be back on the following Monday. He hasnt been back ever since. Its been like a week and a half. Ive been really patient. The yelling part I agree happened but the offending and insults I disagree. Costomers should be upset if they buy a non working refridgerator. Its leaking water all over my floor as im typing this. The other fridge that they seen at my house is garbage and thats why I bought this one from Cruz appliances (which I regret)

We would not make up stories about offensive racist remarks. The reason we hadnt gone out there anymore. We spoke to the gentle man and he agreed for us to go out. We gladly resolved the matter. Again thank you for your patience and service.
