We received an email from Mr. last week which we responded to.
We are a comparative market site like *** we do not rent cars - we simply list car rental agencies at our website and have no control over the individual agencies.
However, we take complaints of this nature VERY seriously. Mr. did not include the agency name or reservation number so that we can follow up with the owner of the rental agency. Instead Mr. simply threatened to file a complaint with Revdex.com rather than providing the necessary information for us to investigate.
We would very much like to resolve this issue between Mr. and the rental agency if given the chance and the information needed.

This response goes to show that they are doing whatever they can to defend their vendors and not the customers. I have not received an email or call from "***". Their website showed an almost perfect customer rating with *** when I made my booking for a rental car in San Diego. *** then gave my reservation to *** which has an almost zero customer satisfaction score. My booking number is ***, vendors are *** and ***. Dates in question are September 12-17.

Since I have now been supplied with the information needed to track the Rental Agency in question - I have contacted them for a resolve.

Again, CarRentalExpress.com is a comparative market site with a connection to ***.***, also a comparative market site. We do not rent vehicles but simply advertise Rental Agencies at our website.
