For one and a half years, I was undergoing IVF retrievals approximately every other month, traveling from LA to StLouis to our IVF doctor for mini-ivf treatments
My husband and I were storing and freezing our embryos for later transferWe had done several transfers in StLouis and none of them tookWe had embryos left with my "younger" eggs, and found a local doctor in our area to work with to use our last frozen embryos from StLouis
We hired CRYOPORT to ship our embryosTheir website and customer service seemed professional and competent
However, there were some issues with shipping overnight (unbeknownst to me at the time), and the embryos arrived thawed and damaged in arrivalThe last chance of possibly using my own DNANow we will never know if those embryos would have taken
CRYOPORT admitted fault to our doctor and embryologist, but did NOTHING to make things rightThey blamed us for "choosing to ship them on a Friday"Which is not trueIf you are considering shipping something as sensitive as this, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CRYOPORT
