Sperm donors actual height misleadingly wrong. After payment for two sets and shipment ($1332) invoice gives different height. Voice mail not working.
I have never seen such a careless company. after hours of going through their sites and getting screen shots of multiple samples, me and my family chose one sperm.The height says 5.11. Then we paid ($1332). After about 24 hours, invoice comes, same person, different height. This is intentional and purposeful misleading and I am very shocked of this action. I need to get my money back and assurance they would never do this to anyone EVER again.

Desired Outcome

Get my money back and assure me this will never ever happen to anyone again.

We launched a new website and our donor heights were mismatched in one area of our profiles which is automated. We have since fixed the problem from a 10 point centimeter scale to an inches 12 point scale.

Our open hours for our Client Service Department are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Ms. K sent emails on Saturday and Sunday when we are not open.

She never even gave us an opportunity to speak to her or explain the issue. She called around 8:15 a.m. Monday morning before we had a chance to even go through our weekend emails.

She called and began screaming and was verbally abusive to my Client Service Supervisor, who has had training and experience on how to handle difficult people.

It was so bad that the CS supervisor finally decided to just hang up on the client after successfully refunding her money to her credit card as documented below by 8:21 a.m. on Monday.

We in no way are fraudulent, or scammers. We have thousands of happy customers who work with us and do repeat business with us every single day.

I wish that Ms. K would have given us the opportunity to research and explain what she was seeing. However, based on the way she has treated our Client Services staff we no longer wish to do business with her.

Please thank her for pointing out the issue with our "automated" EP profiles that were recently launched on our new website which has now been updated.

They have had me go on a very outdated site weeks and then pay. When site was not working or I was kicked out of the site, I would call and email and then I would receive a call at 6 PM California time, meaning 9 PM Florida time, that is how much no one is there to take the calls right away. The chat was not available at times and the site had lots of problems but then after buying the sperm and totally accidentally finding out the info of the donor is different in different parts of the profile! Just WOW! This is more than sites had wrong information--sites were hiding information and conveniently showing other information. Now they claim they changed it to "Metric System"?!!! I suggest a forensic cyber analysis to verify how many misleading information is on their website . when it happened and why? If this was wrong, how many other things were conveniently wrong? Can you trust what they say at this point? Why would anyone trust it? Isn't the stake real high for just listening to them "blaming the consumer"?!!!! The dishonest response shows they are trying to turn the table around instead of taking responsibility. I was not abusive, I was beyond hurt and shocked and sad and felt betrayed. I said this is people's lives, future people's lives that are at stake. I asked for immediate return of my money which by the way took many days to come back. My money was returned because if it had not I would have file a law suit and demand that all sites to be checked--you were insecure and scared when I requested that over the phone--you hang up!. My concern is not whether they make money or not. My concern is for people who can be deceived. They took that donor profile out of the site right after I emailed them about the discrepancies over the weekend. They were promising the donor would be there. I have screen shots of it. The donor profile was gone and clicking on it had no result-- so much for Open ID donors. So, here is the result: You have decided to lie about why the money was returned? Your entire establishment--for the benefit of the public--must go under scrutiny. Because this is not an excuse. Because of our future children, because of my experience and the trust; this company has lost me as a customer and I have done my responsibility as a citizen and have reported them. They say they don't wish to do business withe me!!!!!!!!!!! wow! I have NO TRUST what so ever to USE your product for my FUTURE Child. Putting trust in you after this experience to me is to play with my future child's life and I would NEVER EVER do that. I have gone to another company and they have a GREAT SITE. Transparency, honesty and I can TRUST them. Sorry, your behavior and come back makes me to be even more certain why I should have NOT trusted your operation in the first place. Instead of apologizing for what you have done; you turn the table around? Wow! People should think twice before deciding to TRUST you with the lives of their future children. I am shocked you feel no remorse and put this on me. I hope some one out there investigate your entire site based on forensic cyber analysis to see what is going on there. I feel bad for the public. I am gone but I am scared for the others, what would have happen to them? I hope some one feels responsible enough to investigate your operation thoroughly, specially after coming off as if you had no fault on this!

Our website is brand new and launched on June 9th.

The payment was refunded to the customer's credit card within minutes of her call.

Credit cards often do take a few days to process refunds.

The donor chosen is available on the site and was never taken off.

We thank Ms. for pointing out the error and it has now been corrected (cm scale to inches scale) for all donors with Extended Profiles on our site.

We wish her much luck on her path to parenthood.
