My account was banned at this company, and I never broke any rules.

I was banned on this date since 2020-02-05., I sent some emails, and they always said I was under verification, after almost 2 months, they said they would not return my account, but they never told me why!

I spent a lot of time and money on this game, I don't think it's fair to be banned without knowing why?
If I did something wrong I would like to know, I certainly wouldn't do it again!

I lost my mother to this virus 3 weeks ago.

First priority of the company is to rip players off with "lock box's" and "promotions". Having the player spend outrageous amount of money for a supposed chance to win. They also don't provide the same game play experience for all players. All players play the same way. (Attack NPC's) They might not have their builds exactly the same to the letter. But no matter how a certain player builds. The result is always the same. They get focused on. While the other player's seemingly get a free ride. That one player can match the others build's to the letter. But because they are playing. They always get focused on. Often getting twice the damage (regardless of build) then other players with the same set up. And as much as it happen brought to Cryptic Studios attention. The refused to do anything about it.
