I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint First off, the original call was made on the night of the 3rdSaying you will be back later does not constitute as notice for an entryLater could mean a few hours, a few day, a few weeksIt doesn't give unlimited access to someones homeAll correspondence I have had with the management team has consisted of them admitting to the mistake but down playing the issueI also had to speak to the district manager after the complaint was filed and because she disagreed with me she decided it was appropriate to hang up on me while I was talkingThis issue has been handled inappropriately through out the entire span of time

bathroom. The on call maintenance arrived within an hour. While the leak was repaired, an additional repair was required, but it was not an emergency. Since it was very early in the morning, the maintenance team member told *** *** that he would be back later to complete the repair. In his haste to get the repair completed, the maintenance team member failed to leave a copy of the maintenance work order inside the apartment when he returned on July 5, to complete the repair. While we agree with *** *** that the protocol of leaving written notification inside the apartment home should be followed, we do not feel as though any monetary compensation should be given.
