Crystal Blu power washed my drive and front path this morning The young man was extremely friendly and helpful, even helping me jump start my truck that I hadn't driven for some time and couldn't start to get it off the driveway He was very thorough, showed me the work he had done, why he had left some places alone, and the driveway, which I thought was far too rough and dirty to clean at all, is now remarkably clean He was very personable, professional and the result was much better than I had expected The price was excellent too If it hadn't been for my neighbor setting this up for me I would not have used this service, but I am very glad I did

Power washed my home and left streaks all over my house and now avoiding my callsI hired this company to power wash my home and now the sides of the house have streaks all over it from where he guy held the power washer too close to my home. He also damaged my garage door keypad and now it will not work. I called him the same day to let them know of my complaint and he assured me if he could not make it back the same day he would come back monday. They never showed back up and are currently avoiding and not returning my phone calls.Desired SettlementCome back to my home and correct the damage that you did or refund my money. I hired a company to do a professional job if I wanted streaks all over my house I would have tried to do it myselfBusiness Response We use low pressure to power wash. Therevis no way ourvequiptment could have been the cause of 5he streeks. It is possible that by cleaning the house that the steeks were more noticible. Consumer Response This company is garbage, do not ever use them or you for sure will have your home damaged. 4,000 I spent to replace my siding because my HOA said it was an eyesore with all the streaks thanks to the power washing

I was very impressed with crystal blu's service. They were on time, polite and very professional. I have used them several times over the years and highly recommend them.

Crystal Blu left an advertising flyer on my mailbox while I was on vacation. Due to weather, it adhered to the mailbox.I left on vacation 7/5 and did not return until 7/12. When I returned, I saw the flyer on my mailbox. When I tried to remove it, it came apart and left pieces attached to the mailbox.I called Crystal Blue 7/13 and requested that they send someone out to clean their flyer off the mailbox. [redacted] (secretary at Crystal Blue) assured me that they would send someone out.I called Crystal Blue again 7/15 and told them no one had been out. [redacted] told me they would send someone that day.I called Crystal Blue again 7/18 and told them no one had been out. [redacted] told me she would personally take time out of her day to come out and take care of this. This still has not been taken care of.Desired SettlementI want them to clean the remainder of their flyer off of my mailbox.Business Response Crystal Blu hired an advertising company to distribute or flyers door to door. I was unaware that they place our door hangers on some mailboxes until I received a call from Mr. [redacted]. When I initially received the call Mr [redacted] demanded to speak to management and when I told him this was an office phone he became extremely upset. I personally went out to the residence and removed the flier. I also wiped down the mailbox. I would like to apologize on behalf of Crystal Blu. We strive for customer satisfaction.Consumer Response Most of the residue was cleaned off, but there is some remaining residue on the inside of the flag (between the flag and the mailbox).

The owner, [redacted], did not fulfill his end of our agreed to scope of work, which he did take full payment for. He has not returned to finish.I entered upon a work agreement with Mr. [redacted], owner of Crystal Blu power washing for work at my residence on Saturday, November 9, 2013. The scope of work was to include the full power washing of our home including the chimney area, the hand rails on the rear deck and the front steps/walk and entire driveway. The job was to take one full day for completion. He had quoted me on the phone to do the job and upon arrival said the amount of work was more than he had anticipated and we agreed to increase the pay for the job. He worked throughout the afternoon and the job took longer than expected. I had to leave the house to pick up an item and asked [redacted] if he intended to finish the job because it was getting dark. He said he could see fine, but just to make sure, I set up some temporary flood lights in the lawn for him to use. When I returned from my errand, he had packed up and left without finishing the job. He claims to have called me to update me that he could not finish and would return later but I had no missed calls or messages. I waited a few days to hear from him and did not, so I called him to ask why he had not finished and if he intended to return to finish the job. That is when he informed me that he called me on the 9th but could not reach me and had not attempted to contact me after that. He promised me that he would honor our agreement and would return within a few weeks to finish my driveway and rest of my house. I did not hear from him again. Finally after waiting 4 weeks, I contacted him again. He said he still planned to finish the job and to call him back on Monday, December 9th, 2013. I called him the morning of December 9th and he told me he would definitely be at my house on Thursday, December 12th, 2013 to finish the job. He also asked me to text him the address and what needed to be completed so he could make sure he would arrive on time and take care of everything that he had not finished. I have not heard from him since, and he did not show up on December 12th to do the work. I have called him numerous times on December 12th and 13th to find out if he still intends to finish the job and when I can expect him. I had him do the job in November so the house and driveway would be nice and freshly cleaned for the holidays as family came to visit. Right now, I have a partially completed project that I am most likely going to have to hire someone else to complete. Unfortunately, I trusted [redacted] and took his word that he would finish on November 9th and agreed to pay him in full so he would not have to wait for me to return since he had a long day of work at my house. I have not heard from him about a partial refund for what he did not complete or if he ever intends to show back up to take care of the work we agreed to. I am extremely disappointed and regret using this company.Desired SettlementI would like for the work to either be completed as we had agreed to or to receive a partial refund so that I may hire someone else to complete the work. Business Response In 2014 we were very new to the pressure washing business. When we entered into an agreement I quickly realized that I totally under sold myself. An entire day was spent completing the work. The cuatoner did not want to pay more and that is why I chose not to return.
