Crystal Blue Pools

Review: I ordered an above ground pool from this company to be professionally and properly installed so that there would be less chance of having any leaks and the pool would be level and safe for anyone using it. After the pool was set up and filled, I noticed sharp edges under the liner, in several locations. The cove around the inside outer edge of pool isn't adequate in several locations, therefore exposing the lower joiner plates where the uprights are located. The sharp edges have punctured holes in the liner, one of which we were able to patch, the other(s) haven't been found so the pool has slow leaks in one or more locations where the joiner plates are pressing against the liner. The company owner will not respond back.Desired Settlement: $1000.00 to replace the following:$600.00 - Liner 250.00 - Brick Sand 50.00 - Water 100.00 - Repair reimbursement of existing liner (adhesive and patches, swim gear for underwater repair for 2 individuals) and water loss during repair.
