Crystal Brook agreed to finish coloring and sealing our front walk but now will not return calls to schedule the work. We have been waiting over 6 moCrystal Brook was hired to color and seal our front walk. After the work was "completed" and paid for on 9/26/12 (Invoice #4731), they trimmed the bushes overhanging the walk and were paid for that service (10/11/12, [redacted] Unfortunately, where the bushes were trimmed, part of edge of the walk (which was not visible beforehand) was discolored as if the coloring and sealant were not applied to these areas. The discolored areas are in perfect distribution to where the bushes were. No area not under a bush was discolored. They should have asked us if we wanted the bushes trimmed BEFORE the coloring, and of course we would have agreed. It is now very unsightly and ruins what was otherwise a nice-looking job. When we paid for the coloring, we of course expected the entire walkway to be done, not just the areas visible. I do not understand Crystal Brooks refusal to come back and redo the areas that were under the bushes. I expected much more professionalism and pride of workmanship that this. All Crystal Brook has to do to resolve this dispute is to come back to our house and finish the job we paid for. We have called and emailed repeatedly since last Fall after the poor workmanship came evident and either did not have our messages returned or were told they would schedule with us which never happened. We stopped pursuing when the snows set in. This Spring, we again contacted them. The[redacted] of the company came to our house, looked at the problem, and told us he would put in a work order. That was over three weeks ago. Our calls have not been returned and we have no idea if they are going to keep their word or not. Thus, we are reporting them to the Revdex.com in an effort to get the job finished as it should have been already.Desired SettlementWe would like Crystal Brook to keep their word and come finish the job they started for which we have already paid. We have been told several times a "work order" has been submitted but yet we have not heard from them. It has been a total of over 6 months.Business' Initial Response We will address and attempt to make the customer happy.We dispute the fact that the customer made attempts to no avail,We will address the coloring problems and sealing problems by June 10th

Company continues to charge for services already paid, has failed to provide detailed billing dates of service & is overcharging for agreed services.Crystal brook landscaping on May 9 2013 quoted me services for fertilizer applications at $84 per application for 6 applications. The last two bills I received for 2 services are charged at $92 per application. After repeated phone calls & emails as well as written requests to discuss the pricing differential as well as a detailed list of dates that services were performed, the company has failed to reply to me. A new bill was received today with charges for a tree removal for $80 which was paid on 6/5/13 with check #[redacted] & was cashed by the company. The first application was paid for by check # [redacted] on June 25th for $84 ( I am assuming that this is the charge for Round 3 @ $92). A bill from company on 8/12 lists service charges @ $92 each for round 3 & 4 application which to my knowledge have not been done as no dates of service are listed and no acknowledgement of my previous two payments. I work from a home office and have not seen anyone laying fertilizer on my lawn. I tried to call the office this morning and the voicemail box is full and no one is answering the phone. I would like a detailed invoice with dates & what services were performed, along with acknowledgement of my two payments for services already rendered and cashed by the company. And lastly for the company to honor the $84 rate they quoted. My lawn has been destroyed by the lack of neglect from the company as I do not believe they came out and performed the last 2 services that they are charging for and consquently, I know have to spend a lot of money to resoil and reseed my lawn to get it back to where it was. Desired Settlement I would like a detailed invoice with dates & what services were performed, along with acknowledgement of my two payments for services already rendered and cashed by the company. And lastly for the company to honor the $84 rate they quoted.
