I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that
this resolution is satisfactory to me pending that our full discussion/terms are added for my security and guarantee to have it in writing I was contacted by the office yesterday to be informed of the decision to wave some fees as well as refund back to my credit card a nominal fee if I so chose We discussed the remaining procedures that were prepaid and while they will not be covered by the original prepayment, I feel like their offer to split my out of pocket expense to have them done is fair End result, I prepaid dollars for Scaling and Root Planning plus fillings My out of pocket expense for the remaining work was guaranteed to be no more than dollars I appreciate their attention in this matter and would like to thank them for working to make it right
