Just paid for platinum wash $and half of the wash didn't work and they wouldn't run the car through again or give me my money back because it "looked clean"well guess what it would have looked clean with the $wash also...but that's not what I paid forthis guy is a thief and a total piece of st Just out of curiosity, I wonder how many people pay cash for their wash $Xand never get their $change back?

Used the Crystal Car Wash on West Main only times this summer (the only times I've not used *** Car Wash in many years) and on the third visit resulted in the passenger side mirror being ripped off the doorAfter a month of requesting to talk to someone in management I was put in contact with "Katie" via emailLong story short, they say the model of car I was driving is prone to this "problem" with their car washHad I known that I wouldn't have risked the damageI requested they cover the mirror replacement cost ($50) and put up a sign indicating the car models that might be damaged in their car washThe email reply was nothing but a picture of their sign that says they choose to not cover damage to customer's vehiclesThe drive to *** Car Wash on *** Rdis now very justified

Just out of curiosity, I wonder how many people pay cash for their wash $X.99 and never get their $.01 change back?

I was using the floor mat cleaning machine. The mats went through fine but they were not cleaning just passing through machine. The "worker" there said he would check into it. Went trough the car wash and went back to talk to him. He said that the machine was not working. I told him he could credit my account or just refund the money. He said they don't give refunds. After I explained that they can't just take my money and not provide a service he just said he can't give me a refund. Can't believe there attitude.

Review: Took our one day old [redacted] SUV to be washed and as soon as we got back in the car the light indicator for tire pressure was low. We went to a well known tire shop and was told we now had a inner tire wall damage that could not be fixed. We had to purchase a new tire and valve to replace the tire. After the tire shop we took our receipt and damaged tire back to the car wash to show them the damage they caused. The manager and/or owner refused to talk with us saying make a claim on our own insurance and locked himself inside the office. Customer service is horrible and will not fix your car that they have damaged. I asked for them to pay for my replacement tire and give me a refund for their 24.00 car wash. DO NOT go here for any reason.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my car wash and a refund for my new tire and valve
