Crystal Cleaning Service

Review: Found an add in the paper back in January for dryer vent cleaning "Dryer Vent Guys" from Crystal Cleaning Service. A gentlemen named [redacted] came to my house with an adolescent, with I assumed was his son, to clean my vents on 1/17/13. I paid $200 for the cleaning service. However they removed the hose from my washing machine and never replaced it. I did a load of laundry and the entire floor was covered in water and is now ruined. It seeped out into my basement carpet and that was indeed soaked as well. I phoned in several times to three separate phone numbers that were on the receipt. It took almost a week, after leaving more than a few voicemails. No formal website existed, so I drove to the location I found on google which took me to some vacant house in Westville. So I continued to call and mentioned that I was going to the Revdex.com and consumer protection agency and finally then I'd received a call back the response was "I was out of town for work", and we will come in and check it out when I return. I set a date with the gentleman on the phone which I believe was[redacted], to check the damage and he was a no call no show. I have been calling multiple times since January and I never get a single call back or even someone that picks up the phone on the other line. Mean while my flooring was ruined and still is, after only living in the house for less than 4 weeks. I have video and photographical evidence of the damage. If I ran a business like so, I wouldn't be in business. Do not recommend this company what so ever.Desired Settlement: I would have liked to have received an estimate for damage, flooring replaced, and a refund on my money.
