She then decided to file forms herself even after my multiple attempts to follow up with her to obtain the final things needed she did not respond. We had many conversations via phone about how the service worked as well as following up with emails. I was very clear with her the day they hired me the accounts that I use to move assets so as to not waste my time or theirs. The husband said he was intrigued and for sure wanted us to file the forms and have conversation about the accounts and how we could set those up. They claim I provided them no services and that is just not the case. I spent many hours of my time with them via phone and doing work on their behalf in attempting to gather the information to file their forms. I do not force people to take my advice. Some clients do not move their assets in accounts suggested and that is fine. But we still need to know the accurate dollar amount of assets in order to correctly file financial aid forms. They did not hire me for any other services other then the financial aspect which you will note in the email from [redacted]. All the other services they mention in their complaint were not things that we provided for them as they did not pay for those services.  We do not sell client information. We contract with a company that files thousands of financial aid forms securely every year. Which I informed [redacted] of via phone and then via email, which is attached. I shared with [redacted] and her husband as well all that I am telling you. Our services are non refundable as my time working on their behalf I obviously cannot get back.  I have other documentation I can send as well if needed as I was only allowed to attach 4 items to this response.
