Very friendly technician came to check on our water system after 3 months of use. Very professional and welcoming. Very eager to help in any way possible.

On yesterday I filed a complaint on Crystal Clear Concepts and it was pertaining to the credit entity that they utilize to give us the Water System online. I was livid and my husband was so upset because we thought they were CROOKS. This morning I received a call from Rebecca and she handled the situation with CARE. CrystalClear water filtration systems provides great tasting water and soft water for laundry and bath. I have enjoyed the taste of the water. It really tastes like a beverage. It makes my coffee and tea taste delicious too.

Tom was an excellent Crystal Clear Concept Representative. He didn't just want to see me a water softener system he took the time during the demo to show and explain things to us about our water and the levels of chlorine, rocks and minerals in it.

He explained the effects of both in our water and how much more healthy it would be to have the system filtering our water. Again he took his time and explained things during his demo and answer not only my questions by my family's questions as well.
Since getting the system in January, 2016 I drink more water than I ever have. We buy bottled water for my sister to take to her job. I however use the water from the fridge. I not only take water to work to drink. I also, keep it on my nightstand at night for when I wake up in the middle of the night.

Our water now tastes great not only to us but our dogs love it too.

I am really enjoying the system and would recommend Crystal Clear Concepts to anyone looking for a filter for their home.

We never realized the importance of clean water until Crystal Clear should us the quality of water we were drinking. Since getting the water system installed we have noticed many amazing things. The water has softened our skin and made our clothes softer and cleaner. The water has made a huge difference in our food adding a quality of freshness we never had before Crystal Clear. My dog has also noticed the difference drinking more water and seems to be better for it. The dishes are amazing out of the dishwasher 100% cleaner than before. We are so glad we made the choice to change our lives "CHANGE YOUR WATER CHANGE YOUR LIFE" it did ours.

We have been very happy with the filter setup in our home. We are equally happy that Crystal Clear was able to accommodate us when making sure you got everything sorted out with paying for the system. Darrell came to our home and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

The water softener is awesome, no more build ups on any faucets and shower bulbs and the water is really good in your skin.

We had hard water in Ohio before moving to Texas. Upon purchase of our home in Texas we wanted / needed a water system and luckily we found Crystal Clear Concepts. Our water is even better than it was with our previous water system. I would highly recommend the product and the people only made the experience better.

Besides them busting a gas line. The sales presentation was great and we enjoy the filter. Having clean water in the house is nice.
