Crystal Clear Pools of Port "A"

Crystal Clear Pools was maintaining our pool in Port Aransas. We arrived at our house and the pool was green and cloudy. We contacted them and they said they would send somebody out. We came back down two weeks later and the pool was still green and cloudy. I called them and they told me our pool filter was too small for the pool and we needed to buy another filter. I had another pool company come out. They treated the pool and in 24 hours the pool was clear. Then Crystal Clear Pools sent me an invoice for treating the pool which they hadn't done. I replied letting them know we weren't going to pay for something they didn't do. Never heard another thing until 12/01/16 when a collection agency called threatening my wife with the bill. Crystal Clear Pools billed me for work they didn't do and then turned it in to a collection agency. They are a piece of work.
