Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/11/23) */ Contact Name and Title: Kevin J [redacted] Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @hendrickauto.com This issue has been ongoing with several General Motors Customers involving [redacted] rentals due to overage on the charges from [redacted] We have contacted [redacted] and come to an agreement on the charges and Issued a purchase order October 26ththe check was mailed out 11/23/

I am rejecting this response because:My complaint clearly states that Andy called me to apology because after he, the technician and Kevin J [redacted] all sat down together the technician admitted he was dishonestIt does not state anything about any miscommunication between Kevin W [redacted] and the technicianThese words came out of Andy's mouth himselfIt makes no sense that I would get a refund as a courtesy eitherFurthermore, my statement is not falseI also took my car to another repair shop and had the fan replaced for There were not things wrong with my a.cunitThe a.ccompressor was coolingMy car was making the same noise when I picked it up after the a.ccompressor was replaced

I did speak to the customer just a week ago as she explained what happened. However, all pool contracts have a paragraph which reads "IMPORTANT – OWNER WILL SUPPLY ACCESS FOR MATERIAL DELIVERY TRUCKS TO THE INSTALLATION SITE, ELECTRICITY FOR THE OPERATION OF POWER EQUIPMENT DURING INTSALLATION, AND...

BUILDING PERMIT FEES REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MATERIAL DELIVERY TRUCKS IN GAINING ACCESS TO THE INSTALLATION SITE UNLESS THE DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF CONTRACTOR.    The customer did sign the contract which speaks for itself. The end result once construction was complete was that Crystal built her a beautiful pool.  Crystal Clear Pools

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
crystal clear pool was asked to place plywood down on the lawn we were told they would also we were told that they didn't work in the rain, they showed up on the rainiest week of the summer and were driving the dump truck around my yard,  strange since  I have an email which I have attached from them saying there is nothing they can do about the weather and they cant work in the rain, and that was why there was such a delay in starting my pool which was supposed to be completed by may 29th and wasn't even started until june 22nd so what made that week ok there were plenty of other sunny days they could have been there and were not. no I don't have a beautiful pool I have wrinkles in the liner and a dent in the side wall in the deep end. yes my husband did speak to crystal pools we were told that they would be out early spring. I guess all we can do is wait and see if they hold up to their word.
Regards,

Attached please find 3 attachments.  We did not receive a first notice - this is the first notice we have received from the Revdex.com.  As you can see, in our computer customer notes it is stated that the vacuum line is permanently plugged off because it is broken (we have made a note of this on...

all workorders since 2006).  Ms. [redacted] called after the closing to say that we broke her valve.  If you look at the picture she sent, the valve handle is off the valve which is unmarked (not skimmer or main drain line - this is the vacuum line and we did not put labeling stickers on this valve because it doesn't work).  We immediately called the technician, who said the valve handle was laying there on the ground when he went there to close the pool so he didn't think anything about it as it is unusable.  We told her this on the closing bill we sent her.  The valve itself is so old that handle and any parts are obsolete.  When things are over 20 years old and exposed to the elements, there is a chance they might get brittle and break.  When our guys accidentally break something that is not ancient, it is generally replaced for free.  Since this was already laying on the ground broken and not even usable, we didn't offer to replace it.  After complaining again in January, she was told the owner would come out and go over it with her.  The technician she is accusing is one of our best technicians who never gets complaints as he is very meticulous and thorough.  Since she did not wait for us to come out this spring like she said she would, we have discussed the issue and have determined that we will go out this week and replace the entire valve at no cost to the customer.  At this point, she is welcome to find another company that better suits her particular needs.
