We hired Crystal Clear Water & Well to drill an irrigation well The water from this well is staining everything it touches orange We hired Crystal clear water & well to install an irrigation well at our new home in June While sales rep was on site we expressed our concern about the quality of the water He informed us that they would test the water and if it was above a certain part per million and if it was they would install a filter to remedy any staining or smell After testing the water they said that it was good quality water and that we would have no problems The well was installed About months later we started noticing that our freshly painted, light gray house was turning orange in some areas, so we reduced the amount that we were using the irrigation system Now it has been about months and the house, the fence, the sidewalks driveway and cars are all a burnt orange color We have been in touch with the company of a few occasions for them to come out an

Took my money and never provided service I paid for
On June 28th, I paid Clear Water & well services to complete a water test on my wells for a VA loanI paid them $*** They came out and collected water samples but to this day I have not recieved the resultsI have called several times and left voicemail messages on the cellphone of ***I have called other numbers that are now busy or unavailableAt this point I have hired another company to perform the test and I want a full refund from this business

Crystal Clear Water & Well Systems was hired for the drilling of an irrigation well on the month of August/The company gave us an estimate charging us $for a permit that its actual fee is $and failed to finish the job in a satisfactory way (the job was performed partially on 10/24/18), even though they promised to do that as soon as the well was approved by the Department of Health
Also, while performing the job, the workers ripped off part of our wooden fence letting it pulled without even trying to inform us or to repair it
When we saw that we didn't get any information regarding the permit we went to the Department of Health and learned that the professional license was revoked from the company and that they are working without any license to perform any job in the state of FloridaAs a result of that we find ourselves as delinquent due to having in our property an illeg

Company was paid over a year ago to run piping from our home to the roadStill not complete they gave up months ago returning calls
Originally had to have them come out and redo their work that was not up to codeNow the work is still not completed or inspected by the city which was part of our contractWe have contacted this company over times and still no completion on this jobThey refuse to provide a business license after numerous attempts

I had Crystal Clear Water install a new well,but did not seal it correctly and sand was filling up the filter They refuse to fix it
On 7/5/we contracted with Crystal Clear Water & Well Systems to install a new well They were paid $1650.00, and installed the well Almost immediately the house filter started filling up with sand They were called to inform them of the problem, at which time they told us that was and would stop shortly They said to wait until we had replaced the filter several times to see if the sand decreased It did not Multiple appointments were scheduled in which they neither showed up or called Multiple phone messages were never returned The refused to stand behind their work

BEWARE of these scammers! I bet all these positive reviews come from their personal friends and acquaintancesHere is our story so far with them:
We bought a house in Jupiter Farms and this was the first time we had to deal with a well and whatnotWe called these scammers thinking that they were legitOne of these scammers came to our house, checked out everything ( which he didn't), and discussed a few things with usThe next day his boss (*** ***) showed up, didn't present himself as the president of this so called company, and started freaking us out about our water situation and how things were really badHe said we needed a new water system and a new well ASAPHe mentioned he wasn't a salesman like ten times but kept pushing us to buy his new water system that would solve all our problems, including the white residue in our waterBecause we have a small child and as naive as we were, we fell for their scamSo we spent $on a new water system and a wellThey gave us nothing in writing, and every time we asked for anything in writing they would avoid the topic and change the subjectFast forward a week and $later, nothing was fixedWe still had the white residue in our water, and the water was still crapWhen we call them about it, they said "oh, it's the area you live at, it's just bad water there"We spoke to them about returning the water system since it didn't deliver as promised, and right away we got a call from *** promising that he would make everything right for usHe came by, looked at the system and presumably did some tests, and said that the well they dug was badHe said he would put us on schedule for that ASAPTwo months later, after avoiding numerous calls and text messages from us, they came out, dug a ft well (which is too shallow by the way) and never came back to hook it upWe called and texted them to send us the water test results in writing before they would do anythingTheir assistant finally gave in and made up some numbers and sent them to use to put us at easeWe had other companies come out and double check everything they were doing, and they raised some serious concerns about how they do things
Here is where we are with these scammers- ever since they dug up that second well they completely ignored our texts and callsWe have found out that they overcharged us by $for that water system and they had the system programmed in a way that it would consume very little salt per month (no more than one bag) while charging us $ 25/month for premium serviceMind you that I also prepaid $in salt before I bought this package crap they pushed us to buy
Obviously our situation with them is far from overWhat is troubling and what everyone should know is that the wells they dig are illegal for home useWe called the Palm Beach county Health department and requested a permit for that well they dug for usThey sent us a copyWhat we found was sickening: The permits they get are for irrigation wells, and by law are not supposed to hook them up to people's homes (Irrigation duh!)Second, they do this to avoid going through a rigorous process, which includes testings and stuffWhat's worse is that they forged our signature on the permit to get the permitSo what we have now, is an irrigation well hooked to our home water supply, which is again illegal to do as emphasized by the health departmentSo if you had your wells dug out with these scammers, call the health department and request a copy of the permits urgently
We are in the process of taking legal actions against these scammersThe whole point of this dissertation review is to do your research before you get scammedGet everything in writing, and make sure you see those well permits
