Although the guys seemed nice enough, after the rear wheel failed catastrophically from what looked like several spokes rusted through, I called the shop and they told me they wouldn't pick me up nor bring a replacement bike. Luckily I was only a mile away. Ruined my plans for the day. Very unreliable equipment. I am a biking guy. I can fix flats & more with no problems. But in this case, the rear wheel wouldn't even turn, so even pushing it back to the shop was out of the question. I only rode ~10 mph on paved roads, no hard riding either. Rent from someone else as there are options in the neighborhood of Atlantic Beach, NC
