After months of waiting for an appointment since moving to NC and speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] and having my PA pain management Doctor send all plus pages of my treatment over the last year and a half [redacted] coast / [redacted] has [redacted] get on the phone and tell me that their office has nothing to offer me hmmm could it be because I am gay what about the Hippocratic oath!?!!!? Oh and may I add while they thought I was on hold which I was not they said some very racist and hateful things!!! Which I told them I had heard and then I was told the office has nothing to offer me!!

Crystal Coast referred me to [redacted] for an MRI on 7/5/I, was told to let them know when the MRI was done(which I, did) and we would go from thereOn 7/6/I called to see if they had received the results and was told nothing was in the systemOn 7/7/I called and again nothing was in the systemOn 7/8/I decided to call The [redacted] ,to find out if they had sent the results or when will they send them and to my surprise I discovered the results were faxed to [redacted] on( get this) 7/5/yes the same day the MRI was done either the fax didn't go through or I was lied tooAnother fax was sent today 7/8/however they are closed so I will have to suffer through this weekend and God knows how long after before I see a doctorIt will be interesting to see if they receive the second fax or if they will finally call the [redacted] if they don't

I have been treated by Dr*** *** with CRYSTAL COAST PAIN MANAGEMENT) as far back as the late 90'sThroughout the years up to today I have received care from other Pain Management Physicians because I was living in other states ect
Since unfortunately I have had at least 15-MAJOR SURGERIES, five of those were spinal fusions/spinal fusion revisions
(In my opinion) THERE IS NO BETTER PAIN MANAGEMENT PHYSICIAN THAN DR*** ***, (DOCTOR OF ANESTHESIOLOGY)
Dr*** has provided me with consistent excellent patient careHe has improved my "QUALITY OF LIFE" by providing me with pain relief due to his Steroid Epidural Injections, Sacro-Iliac injections, MyofacialTrigger Point injections, Faucet Nerve Blocks, Specific Nerve Blocks and RADIOFREQUENCY NERVE ABLATIONS
Dr*** is very compassionate and truly cares about each and every one of his patientsDr*** treats each and every patient with the utmost respect and dignity

I hate it when some of Dr***'s past patients choose to make up Iies about him when he refuses to provide him with narcotic pain relief

they refered me for a MRI... and informed me of it less than 24 hours ahead of time although they made the reservation 2 weeks before. not to mention the doctor requested a next visit for 30 days and the secretary said "he has no available dates we'll call you" they didn't.... they acted surprised when I called for a second appointment after the MRI the doctor requested. They are IS there.
