Dear Ms***, I am writing in response to the complaint the Revdex.com received from Mr*** *** ***. Mr*** signed a contract with one of our estimators on April 29, 2015. The contract states that we would install 120’ of aluminum fascia cover, not
replace the entire wood fascia. When the installers arrived at his residence to do the job, Mr*** told them they were supposed to replace the entire wood fascia and then cover it with aluminum fascia. The installers called me to find out what they should do. I called Mr*** and explained that the contract and pricing was for 120’ of aluminum fascia. We put new aluminum covering over the existing fascia. He said he thought the contract was for all new wood fascia and new aluminum fascia. I explained again what the contract states and offered to clean his gutters for him and replace 14’ of rotten fascia at no charge. Also at that time, I gave him three options: I would return his deposit and cancel the contract; I would replace the wood fascia at an additional cost of $3,but explained that this did not need to be done; he could go ahead with the job as contracted. Mr*** agreed to go ahead with the job as contracted. The job Mr*** agreed to is the job we completed, covering 120’ of aluminum fascia. In addition, we cleaned his gutters, inside and out, and replaced 14’ of fascia at no chargeI did not hear anything else from Mr*** until I received your email regarding his complaint. The price quoted to Mr*** was fair according to industry standards, I gave him an option to cancel the contract and have his full deposit returned, and I agreed to additional work at no charge to Mr***. I believe we have acted fairly in this situation Sincerely, *** ***, President KC Construction

Dear Ms***,
I am writing
in response to the Revdex.com complaint #***.
I responded to the original complaint on 5/26/through email, and am wondering if you received it. I am attaching it to this message in case you didn't.
In my
response on 5/26/15, we addressed the issue that this client has. We did the work according to the contract and
charged him the price according to the contract. The price was fair given the scope of work
that I detailed with him on the phone, and is in the contract. During our conversation, I gave him the
option of cancelling the contract if he did not agree with the scope of work we
discussed or the price. That gave him
the opportunity to get out of the contract and have his full payment
refunded. He chose to move ahead with
the job that we discussed and the price we discussed. If he thought the price was too high, he
should have cancelled the contract instead of going forward with it. I have done all that I can do given the
situation
Sincerely,
*** ***
President,
KC Construction

To whom it may concern, This letter is in response to complaint ID ***The work for this client was performed according to the work order, which included an outline of how the work would be completed. However, in speaking with this client, I felt there may have been a
misunderstanding between the client and the estimator regarding how the work was going to be completed. The client stated that she is happy with the work, but thought it was going to be done differently. In order to resolve this situation, I agreed to give the client a $credit for feet of gutter, downspout, and *** pro. The client agreed to this offer and the credit has been given to her. I am happy that we could resolve this situation to her satisfaction. Sincerely, Bill Cunningham President, KC Construction

To whom it may concern; I have mailed you a copy of the incomplete contract written up by *** *** (*** ***) who never came forward again to clarify his words*** *** (Senior) never saw the job and spoke to me on the phone from his office only. He never saw the damage or age of the fascia boardsThe minimal work was done and the price was not adjusted as I agreed to do with *** ***, who originally wrote up the contractPlease contact me when you get the contract in the US Mail. I trusted *** *** as he stated that his company is a member of the Revdex.comI trusted his word on that merit, that they were members in good standing with the Revdex.comIt was my mistake to give him the full payment for the job before the service was rendered but I was under pressure to go out of town for my own job so ,in this case, I paid him in full with a credit card expecting to get back in town to do the cleaning on the ground which I was available for on that dayThen they changed the day that they were coming to do the job ,hoping to throw me off so they could complete the job without me being there but fortune had it that I would be available again later in the weekThen they went ahead and simply wrapped the existing gutter, wiped down some of the gutter, and went on their way in a hurry I might addAfter talking to the men, they agreed to repair the two corners that were chewed out by squirrelsI was happy they were willing to do this in view of the fact that Mr*** *** Senior would not condone itAll in all, the job done cannot cost $Please review this with the companyWhy did *** *** not come forward while I was being taken to the cleaners by *** *** from a distance on the phone? Please Review this case, *** ***
