I am rejecting this response because:The office manager ( [redacted] ) is not being truthful in her statements. She never had a problem with me being rude nor demanding, and thats why she wasn't "detailed" in her statement about my behavior, like I was about hers. I have receipts of care to prove she tried to either extort me or fraud me for money, or she possibly "misquoted" me initially, and wasn't professional enough to admit her mistakes. However the receptionist there had scheduled me an appointment for 03/08/2017, before [redacted] cancelled my service, but later that day I was able to transfer my insurance to a new dentist, and they gave me an appointment for that same day 03/08/2017, so Ive already started treatment, and the process to get implants for a permanent resolution on my #8 tooth. So I do agree with transferring service to a more customer service professional adult & child friendly environment.

To whom it may concern,We, Crystal Dental, are responding to our patients complaint.At no time did anyone of our staff members try to fraud or extort this patient. What was diagnosis and not covered by insurance, is what was presented to this patient. The patient signed all treatment plans and...

fee's. In the past two years, we have done nothing by accommodated for this patient, giving her "discounts" on her NON-COVERED treatment, and allowing her to make installments, which are against our rules and made an acceptation for her. recommendation where explained each time this patient came into the office, as well as the affects if recommended treatment was NOT completed.  Each time this patient came into the office she was demanding and rude. Which gives us an indication she is not happy with our office and staff. We refunded the entire amount the patient paid in FULL. In the best interest of the patient, we recommend this patient seek another dental office where she will be happy with each and every staff member.  Sincerely,Crystal Dental
