rejecting this response because:I received an email from Pam Beach, the owner of Crystal Dove Cleaning, last night.  She responded to me personally regarding my complaint with your organization, so she does know which client this is regarding.  She said that her cleaners did not break anything in the condo and that they would have told her if they did.  She said that she will not refund me and that I had 24 hours to contact her if I was not satisfied with the cleaning services.  I responded via email reminding her that I did contact her within 24 hours and she did not answer the phone when I called, but instead I talked to another woman at her company who advised that it was unacceptable that the cleaning was not done properly and that she would send out a new team to complete the job.  Within minutes, I received a very terse voicemail from one of the ladies who had supposedly cleaned the condo the night before, followed by an equally terse text message from Pam herself, saying that our condo was filthy and that her cleaners were unable to complete the job because it was costing her money.  She said that she would send them back the next day, but that she would charge me more if it took them over an hour to finish the job.  They went back the next day and the condo was not only not cleaned again, but several items in the property were left broken, such as the refrigerator door and a light fixture in the downstairs bathroom.  
When I made the appointment for the cleaning initially, I was given a flat rate of $350 for a move out quality cleaning, which I paid a month in advance, and was double charged on my bank card at that time.  I contacted them regarding the double charge and they said that they did not run my card twice, but I contacted my bank after a few days, after the second charge was not falling off of my account, and my bank confirmed that my card was ran twice.  They cancelled the transaction for me at that time.  Crystal Dove could have been honest with me from the beginning so that I could have contacted my bank to reverse the charge, which finally happened about a week after the double charge ran through.  
After the alleged "cleanings", the condo was left with debris all over the floor, of leaves blown into the first floor, there was blue cleaning solution splashed all over the toilets, dust and debris left on all of the counters, the refrigerator door was broken and would not close and there was a cracked and hanging light fixture in the downstairs bathroom.  This is not an acceptable "move out" cleaning.

Cleaning the 'guest unit" of about 600 SF and the bathroom on the main floor. I have recently bought the house that comes with the guest unit that was a real dusty and stinky mess. However, after the cleaning, it looks bright and smells pleasant. *. and *. did more than what I had expected. They even clean all the window tracks and mopped the walls. The finished it in less than the three hours that I had bought for from the deal with Angie's List. So I asked them to clean the bathroom on the main floor which I had tried to clean several times but could not remove the stains on the bathtub. They spent about 20 minutes and the bathtub turned bright white. Amazing.[redacted], the owner, is extremely professional, responsive and courteous with her calls on scheduling, confirmation of the schedule and informing the names of the cleaning crew. I would definitely use Crystal Dove Cleaning again and make sure that my friends and neighbors know about them. What a great experience!!!
