I am in receipt of the complaint generated under complaint ID [redacted] As I have stated in prior letters, we have encouraged this patient to contact us directly and since she has two insurance policies we were investigating whether there was a [redacted] issue We never asked her to start paying installments Every check she sent at random, unsolicited times, is uncashed and not deposited We will return these checks to her She evidently remains confused about the whole billing and collection process and what my office was trying to do on her behalfAt this junction, consider her account closed If she gets any correspondence from our collection company consider it wayward We have asked them to cease and desist My office has written off her balanceAgain, I cannot speak for other providers involved in her case--the hospital, the anesthesiologist etc That is a separate situation beyond my jurisdiction or concern Everton AE [redacted] MD
